More About This Artist...
Joshua Davis is a New York based artist, designer, technologist - a true pioneer of his generation.
Producing both public and private work for companies, collectors, and institutions. Since 1995, Joshua Davis has been using technology and computers as a medium to create projects.
A proficient illustrator and painter with a passion for technology, Davis’ work brought an entirely new dimension to art. Utilizing randomization in controlled environments, or Chaos Theory, Davis established a new and unique perspective on visual communication and creative expression, pioneering an area previously unexplored in graphic design.
Davis was strongly influenced by Jackson Pollock, an abstract expressionist whose work came of age in the 1940s and 50s. Pollock splattered paint (as well as other items) across large canvases with the idea that his art was the process of its creation rather than the final product. Embracing the computer as a tool for generating his work, Davis wrote code that randomly distributed, arranged, and distorted his artwork, essentially creating new work as a final result. Other times he generated entire pieces practically completely at random. That is, the art is the code that produces the final result rather than the final randomly generated works themselves.
As of 2007, Davis lives in New York with his wife and daughter. He is a professor at New York’s School of Visual Arts, runs his own design studio, and continues to lecture and lead workshops in design conferences

We ship all art and artware Internationally using FedEx - this means that your prints, cushions or even an eyemask is fully tracked until it arrives at it's destination. It also means that when it leaves us it just takes a couple of days Worldwide. But please remember we print all our art prints and canvas prints on demand to your specification - that takes around 10-12 working days - but if FedEx ship there so do we!
All your import duties are paid!
Not only do we ship worldwide as inexpensively as we can, but that shipping cost also covers any customs and excise duty. So there are no nasty surprises when your item arrives to you.
Hahnemühle Paper & Canvas used on ALL our Limited Edition Prints.
We are now using Hahnemühle paper and canvas for all our limited edition prints. Widely regarded as the World's best paper we use Photorag 308gsm as standard for all our paper prints and 400gsm Hahnemühle Daguerre Fine Art Canvas for our printed boxed canvas. As a result our Art prints are better than ever - colours are even richer and deeper with even more precision and detail. All our prints are a flat matt finish - looking as close to Original Art as possible. All items are manufactured and lovingly hand finished in the UK.

Due to demand we have increased the size options of our Limited Edition art prints and printed canvases. We have added a huge A0 841mm x 1189mm paper print at £139 and also an A4 Contemporary Framed print - this has an external frame size of 330 x 417mm / 13" x 16.5”.

To guarantee that all our limited edition art prints and canvases are part of a 250 edition, we are now shipping each with a Certificate of Authenticity that is not only numbered but also features a hologram that is twinned with a hologram on the back of the print. Each hologram is also numbered and tamperproof.

Cup & Saucers - Series 4 coming soon!
Get ready for Series 4 of our Limited Edition Cup & Saucers! We will begin the 4th year of cup and saucers in the next month. These popular editions have included designs from James Jean, Audrey Kawasaki, Frank Kozik, Sylvia Ji and many more - and Series 4 is shaping up to be just as exciting! We begin the series with 'The life and Times of Paul Barrington' (pictured above) by The London Police. Chaz and Bob, who form the London Police, are British street artists that have headed to Amsterdam and created an army of International fans whilst exhibiting all over the world. Other artists featuring in Series 4 will include new artists Kinsey, Heidi Kenney, Amanda Visell and the return of Frank Kozik, Yoskay Yamamoto. Plus a few more surprises to come!

Our Kozyndan dinnerware featuring their much loved Bunny Blossom print has been extremely popular over the last year. Well we have some good news with additions to the set. We will soon have a Teapot, a pasta 'Oliver' bowl, espresso sets plus some cute little egg cups! Bunnytastic.
